There is a great face lift that is happening in primary school education in Louisville. This face lift involves a new way of teaching young children through technology. This is gaining attention throughout the country because these are some real leaps and bounds type steps.
Five of Kentucky’s top high schools are in Jefferson county and this county includes Louisville. Now the board of education for this city is trying to get the primary schools on the map as well. These schools were already performing well, but technology like SMART boards along with iPads will help better these schools. The full explanation can be found at http://fatihprojesi.meb.gov.tr/tr/duyuruincele.php?id=17
The need for this boost in technology was the direct result of lots of studies on learning. Children that have so many electronic resources at home will become bored with the traditional learning concepts. This is why the Louisville education system hopped on board with much technology funding in the primary years. This is the most important stage in learning. This is where kids learn how to do equations. This also where they learn how to read. That is why it plays such a big part of the learning process. The virtual field trips and portable devices are enhancing the experience.
